News Brief from the Lumberjack, March 10

My name is Kevin Bertram, and I am The Lumberjack news editor. Here's what's in today's newspaper.

Five resident assistants from Wilson and Sechrist are no longer present in their respective halls after an alleged violation of RA conduct codes. University officials have declined to comment on the specifics of the case. In other news, the Cline Library "movie" channels will be shutting down on July 1st, due to outdated equipment. Library officials say most content will still be available online, and they are expected to make an official announcement after Spring Break. Finally, the university is making plans to slim down programs by cutting some pathways to various majors. Jewelry and Metals majors are upset their major will be eventually eliminated, a move university officials say is because of the low number of students in the program and the low graduation rate.
